2. Seller has sold approximately $600K in product for the past two years, without utilizing the full production capacity of the forms. They are designed to pour twice a day and they are only currently pouring once a day.
3. The Seller has an in-territory facility they are willing to rent or lease, separate from the indicated list price.
4. The Seller is open to providing required technical assistance for a period of time.
5. The Seller will provide a customer list, upon completion of the sale.
6. Based on current material and labor costs, the Seller is grossing @ 400% from the sale of each block with standard orders.
